Wednesday

Well, we had some pub grub last night meeting two couples. The others(8) went into London proper necessitating a bus ride back to,the airport, then the tube into London. Then, a pub crawl between 7 and 9. We decided to stay near by. Well, it was a short walk, apparently, but not so near. It was a 30 minute walk there, but very nice and good food. Five of us had fish a chips, and the same five had either beer or in my case, cider. All quite pricey. The fish and chips were £12 and my cider was £1.90. The pub, called the Pheasant, was originally an old church. Filled with people and very popular seeming. Had a good sleep,and today looks to be grey and overcast. Feel refreshed with a decaf coffee.
